The monumental entrance, framed by a cypress-lined avenue and a Carrara marble staircase, opens onto 700 m² of pure refinement, spread over four levels connected by a scenic staircase and an internal elevator.
Each floor is a tribute to the art of hospitality: bright, spacious rooms, wooden floors and boiserie blend with designer furnishings and modern comforts, creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere.

On the main floor, a living area with fireplace, TV room, spacious professional kitchen and a bedroom with private bathroom offer perfect spaces to enjoy the villa throughout the day.

The upper floor hosts the main bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and high-end finishes.

Thanks to the automated telescopic cover, the pool can be fully opened or closed depending on the season.

Directly connected to the villa through the stunning glass panoramic veranda, it allows swimming outdoors during summer months or in a heated indoor environment during winter.
Heating of the pool water and the veranda environment is available on request, allowing a comfortable temperature of up to 35 °C.
The heated veranda, over 180 m², is furnished with a long table, sofas and integrated sound system, making it an elegant and versatile space ideal for refined dinners, private events or relaxing moments overlooking the illuminated pool.
